Debbie Templeton. Debbie Templeton is an internationally recognized wine judge with more than 15 years of experience in wine education, winemaking and competition judging. Debbie has served as a judge at the International Wine Challenge in London, England; Les Grands Concours du Monde and Mondial des Vins Blancs in Strasbourg, France as well as numerous Canadian competitions, including the Ontario Wine Awards and the All Canadian Wine Championships.
